Returns and refunds

Contact our support team with your order number before returning a product so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Online cancellation rights

Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to cancel. You then have 14 days to return it. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of statutory cancellation rights. Excessive handling may reduce your refund.

Our additional 30-day returns offer

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging with proof of purchase. This additional offer does not limit your statutory rights.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly for assistance. Reporting within 48 hours helps investigation but is not a deadline for your legal rights. Faulty or misdescribed goods may qualify for a refund, repair or replacement; reasonable return costs for these goods are our responsibility.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method. For statutory cancellations, we refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier, including basic outbound delivery where required. Bank processing can take additional time. Contact us for return transport arrangements, especially for scooters and lithium batteries.

These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
