Use this guide for safe first checks when assembling or troubleshooting a aovopro electric bike. Always follow the manual for your model and stop if a battery, charger, wiring or brake fault is unclear.
Assembly checklist
- Fit the handlebar, front wheel, pedals and accessories according to the model manual.
- Check that all fasteners are tightened to the manual specification.
- Confirm brake levers, cables, throttle and pedal assist move correctly before riding.
- Charge the battery with the supplied charger and check that it locks securely into place.
- Test the bike at walking speed in a safe area before normal use.
Battery or bike will not turn on
- Check the battery is charged, seated and switched on where fitted.
- Check the display, charger indicators and visible connectors for damage.
- Do not bypass a fuse, open the battery pack or use an unknown charger.
Error codes and display problems
Record the exact code, model, when it appears and what the bike was doing. Take a photo of the display and contact repair support. E20, H11, T2 and T5 systems can differ, so avoid applying a reset sequence from another model.
Replacement parts
For batteries, keys, displays, chargers or other parts, include the model, serial number and a photo. Visit the contact page before ordering a part so compatibility can be checked.
